There are thousands of hotels to choose from across the world including chains like Novotel, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Hilton Group, Marriot, Malmaison, Radisson and many more.

If you have opened your TSB Spend & Save account or Spend & Save Plus account from 19th May 2025 and before the switch offer is withdrawn by the promoter. You must claim your reward within 60 days from receiving the administrators email, by registering at www.tsbswitchreward.co.uk.

After you register, you will receive an email containing a unique username and pin to use on the Travel credits website. From there you can browse a list of hotels and book your stay!

Your Travel Credits voucher is valid for 12 months. After this time you will not be able to redeem your reward.
